WHAT IS
MACRA FLADE?
Design redefined
MAKRA FLADE was initially developed for an unprecedented opportunity in the shaping of genuine leather.
We offer cuts that can be laminated onto surfaces (e.g. doorboards) and sewn into more complex designs (e.g. upholstery or seat covers).
The designs can be flexibly changed at any time in the existing tool and can also be combined with decorative seams and waterproof embroidery patterns.
Unlike hot stamping, blurred transitions are possible. Special contours can be designed with a design height of up to 8 mm and produced in freely selectable cuts using the unique and innovative process.
FLEXIBILITY.
The best ideas often only come after the tool has been built. In known methods, high modification costs arise here afterwards.
MAKRA FLADE allows to give the design more freedom in less time. Would you like to place an eye catcher after the basic design is in place?
No problem! A new sample part with the change request is produced in a very short time
(see example image).
