MAKRALIT CURE 1000
MAKRALIT CURE 1000 is the reinterpretation of high-speed foam tools for the production of PU cold foam parts.
With the surface properties of an aluminum tool and the production costs of a high-speed foam tool, MAKRA PRO is able to provide absolutely dimensionally accurate molds and molded foam parts within a very short time.
The service life and changeability of the moulds offers the outstanding option of representing the complete development phase, including pre-series and possible small series, from one mould.

MAKRALIT CURE 1000 enables geometry changes within days. For this purpose, only the corresponding sub-areas in the cavities are adjusted or replaced by a new cavity if the previous tool status is to remain available as an option.

Expected change loops
After the release of the CAD data and the commercial order, we start with the tool construction.
After manufacturing the tool, we foam it for you according to your specifications and, if you wish, carry out a compression hardness measurement and a 3D scan to compare the geometry according to the drawing specifications.
